Electro-Permanent Magnetic Lifters (EPM Lifters) are advanced lifting devices that combine the power of permanent magnets with the flexibility of electro-control. They require power only for a split second during magnetization and demagnetization, making them energy-efficient and extremely safe for industrial applications. These energy-efficient magnetic lifters are ideal for various industries requiring safe magnetic lifting solutions.

Working Principle

EPM Lifters utilize rare earth magnets (like NdFeB) embedded within the device. A short electric pulse changes the internal magnetic circuit, switching the device between ON (magnetized) and OFF (demagnetized) states. Once activated, no power is required to hold the load. This results in no residual magnetism in the lifters, making them suitable for sensitive industrial applications.
