The Order will be shipped once the payment has been received. The order will be shipped on the next working day. If payment is made at any time on a non-working day, the order will be shipped the next working day. Non working days include Sundays, Even Saturdays and National and Maharashtra State Holidays.
The shipping rate will be charged to the customer's account. The final amount at checkout will include GST taxes and shipping
Local Delivery (Within Mumbai):
During checkout, enter your address and choose the option. Click the "Continue to shipping" button.
Local delivery is available for addresses within 60km of our works.
If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
Local Pickup (Within Mumbai):
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with a call. Planning to come for pickup please confirm the day and time in advance.
Domestic Delivery (Outside Mumbai):
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email. It will take 1-3 business days to deliver domestic shipments.
Cancellation and Refund
A full refund will be received if the order is cancelled before 4:00pm IST on the same day of purchase. If order is cancelled after that time, the order has to be returned unopened. Please read below for return policy.

A refund will only be received if a product purchased is defective or damaged in shipping and PML is not able to replace the product. Defective or damaged products must be returned back to PML. Please read below for return policy
Exchange and Return
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in shipping. To replace it, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org along with photos and return the item(s) to: Permanent Magnets Ltd., B3 MIDC, Mira Road East, Mumbai, 401104, India.
If you wish to exchange your product for a different one, the difference will be refunded back to your account if the new order is of lower value. If the new order is of higher value, the difference will be charged to your account and the new order will only be shipped once the difference has been received by PML. Shipping will be charged to ship the new order. Old order must be returned to PML

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You must use a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
