Soft Magnetic Alloys
High-saturation magnetic alloy for precision applications in motors, sensors, actuators, and aerospace components.

Our high-performance Iron-Cobalt alloys deliver the highest magnetic flux density available, enabling extreme power density and weight reduction.
FeCo alloy ingots are produced using high-purity raw materials in Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM) furnaces to ensure precise composition and consistent magnetic performance.
Production plans are tailored to meet the customer’s application and specification needs, including custom ingot geometries.
As per customer requirement mould design carried out and planned for charge preparation, charge sequences in VIM furnace. Careful selection of raw materials are the prime factor to achieve specified chemistry of an alloy.
Virgin elements are charged into the VIM furnace either in air or under vacuum, with precise adjustments made for trace element additions during melting.
The melt is poured under vacuum into precision-engineered molds using an automatic tilting mechanism for defect-free solidification.
Post-casting processes include surface treatment, cropping, and preparation of ingots for downstream processing.
Every batch is tested for chemical composition by Spark- OES / wet analysis / Gas analysis, and physical compliance as per customer specification before secure packaging.
