Rare Earth alloys
High-performance permanent magnet alloy used in electric motors, sensors, and magnetic devices. Engineered for exceptional magnetic strength and process reliability.

Harnessing the extreme energy density of Neodymium-Iron-Boron, this alloy delivers maximum magnetic strength in the smallest possible footprint.
Produced from high-purity virgin elements via PML’s advanced VIM furnace, ensuring consistent alloying and minimal contamination.
Alloy chemistry and ingot specifications are finalized as per application requirements.
As per customer requirement mould design carried out and planned for charge preparation, charge sequences in VIM furnace. Careful selection of raw materials are the prime factor to achieve specified chemistry of an alloy.
Virgin elements are charged into the VIM furnace either in air or under vacuum, with precise adjustments made for trace element additions during melting.
The melt is poured under vacuum into precision-engineered molds using an automatic tilting mechanism for defect-free solidification.
Post-casting processes include surface treatment, cropping, and preparation of ingots for downstream processing.
Every batch is tested for chemical composition by Spark- OES / wet analysis / Gas analysis, and physical compliance as per customer specification before secure packaging.
