Industrial Grade Current Sensing Cores for 50Hz Applications

Nanocrystalline Grade 1k107 cores offering high saturation flux density (~1.2T) and a wide permeability range (80k–250k). Available in various casing formats including stainless steel (SS), plastic, and resin-crepe, these cores are engineered for durability, minimal loss, and accurate current measurement. The construction supports single and multi-stacked configurations based on ribbon width availability, ensuring flexibility in design.

Core sizing parameters

PML offers toroidal cores with outer diameters up to 1000 mm and a wide range of standard heights based on ribbon widths from 5 mm to 40 mm. Multi-stacked core constructions are also available.
