Our heat treatment process is designed to improve magnetic permeability and structural stability. Using dry hydrogen and/or nitrogen atmospheres, we tailor thermal cycles to meet demanding magnetic performance requirements. Each material type undergoes a custom heat cycle developed by our experts, ensuring optimal grain growth, impurity removal, and mechanical consistency. These cycles are executed after final fabrication for best results.

Raise the temperature to the required level for structural and magnetic refinement
Hold the material to purify it and optimize its microscopic magnetic structure
Cool the component in a regulated manner to lock in the desired magnetic performance
Adjust soak and cooling times based on material and geometry, typically resulting in 20–35 hour cycles
Use high-purity dry hydrogen and/or nitrogen furnaces to prevent oxidation, carbon pickup, and grain boundary issues
