The Seamless Fusion of Strength and Conductivity

Master the connection where high-grade metal meets high-performance polymers.

Manufacturing Process

The insert molding process at PML follows these precision steps:

Insert Placement

Metal or plastic insert is accurately positioned in the mold.

Mold Closure

The mold closes, securing the insert in place.

Injection

Thermoplastic material is injected around the insert.

Cooling

The part solidifies under controlled cooling.

Ejection

The molded component is removed from the mold.

Post-Processing

Excess material is trimmed, and the part is inspected.
