Automatic wire cutting, stripping, twisting, crimping; Core and needle winding machines for high-precision coils

Varnish Impregnation

Fully automated trickle varnishing systems to protect and seal windings

Final Testing & QA

Fit/Form: CMM, VMM, Stack Strength Tests. Operationa: BH curves, Coercivity, Hi pot test, Inductance, Q Factor, Z ,Resistance, IR tests. Complete traceability and process documentation is maintained
