High-purity FeNi alloy ingots, made from virgin elements through controlled Air Induction Melting (AIM) technology.
Alloy chemistry and ingot specifications are finalized as per application requirements.
As per customer requirement mould design carried out and planned for charge preparation, charge sequences in Air induction melting furnaces in a controlled atmosphere.
Furnace cleaning, controlled charging, stirring, superheating, ceramic filtration, preheated moulds, and controlled cooling ensure high-quality, defect-free alloy ingots.
The melt is prepared under Air induction melting furnaces in a controlled atmosphere. Argon gas purging from hood and bottom ensures to minimize gas impurities.
Post-casting processes include surface treatment, cropping, and preparation of ingots for downstream processing.
Every batch is tested for chemical composition by Spark- OES / wet analysis / Gas analysis, and physical compliance as per customer specification before secure packaging.
