What are Dowel Pins?

Dowel pins are cylindrical, precision-machined components used to accurately align or join two or more parts. Designed for critical assemblies across automotive, aerospace, and electronic systems, they ensure stability, load sharing, and tight fits with zero compromise on performance.

Manufacturing Process

1. Raw Material

We begin with certified metals and alloys to ensure dimensional stability, corrosion resistance, and machinability across all production batches.

2. Cutting

Bar stock or wire is precision cut to length using high-speed cutting machines to meet dimensional requirements.

3. CNC Machining

Each pin undergoes centerless grinding or CNC turning to achieve tight tolerances up to ±0.005 mm and superior surface finishes.

4. Heat Treatment (Conditional)

Where required, pins are heat-treated to improve hardness, tensile strength, and durability.

5. Surface Finishing (Conditional)

Optional passivation, plating, or polishing improves wear resistance and protects against corrosion.

6. Inspection & Testing

Each dowel pin is checked for concentricity, straightness, and surface integrity to meet international standards.

7. Packing

Pins are packed in anti-corrosive packaging to retain dimensional and surface accuracy during transit.

8. Dispatch

Ready-to-use parts are shipped on time, ensuring zero assembly delay.
