Magnetic Filters Actual Installation

Magnetic Filters are widely used for filteration of fine ferrous impurities found in lubricants, coolants, hydraulic oils, slurries etc. They could be installed at a suitable location along the passage of fluid flow. They are constructed with high energy permanent magnets properly arranged in a circuit. They are available in 3 standard sizes - 40mm x 200mm length, 56mm x 125mm length and 56mm x 218mm length. They could be used under temperature conditions of upto 120 degrees Celcius. Non standard sizes can be made on special request.

Magnetic Pulleys

Permanent Magnetic Pulleys are permanent magnetic separators that operate as head pulleys on belt conveyors. These low-cost, self-cleaning magnets remove tramp iron and purify materials conveyed in bulk form. When material carried on a conveyor enters the magnetic field surrounding a permanent magnet, pieces of ferrous metal in the material are attracted to the belt. They're held magnetically against the belt until carried to the underside of the pulley, where the belt takes them away from the magnetic field to be discharged. Nonmagnetic material falls away from the pulley in a normal trajectory. Seperation is automatic and continous.
