Overband Magnets

Overband Magnets are used for seperation or reclamation of ferrous materials. They are used on Conveyor Belts, Chutes and Vibratory Screens. Any size can be made as per costomers requirements. Seperation can be done from a distances of 2.5cms. to 45cms.

Magnetic Plates

Permanent Magnetic Plates are used for seperation of tramp iron found in Tea, Tabacco, Coffee, Cocoa, Milk Powder, Chemicals, etc. They are available in both flat and curved shapes and could be installed either above or below the passage of material flow. They are provided with clamps and could be located on the conveyor carrying such materials. Ideally, they are located above the layer of material flow. These plates are constructed with high energy Permanent Magnets placed in a magnetic circuit. They are extensively used in CTC Tea machinery and in Biscuit stacking machines. They are available in a range of sizes. Non Standards sizes can be made on special request.

Horse Shoe Magnets

Horse Shoe Magnets are widely used for seperation of tramp iron (eg.pins, nails, nuts and bolts) found in cotton, cattle feed, ceramic / refractory powder, pigments / dyes etc. They could be installed in Textile Blowrooms, Pulverizers, Conveyors / Chutes either above or along the passage of material flow. They are U-shaped and have a provision for clamping wherever required. They are constructed with high energy permanent magnets which retain power life long. Their overall dimensions are 152 x 95 x 54 mm.

Textile Rollers

Textile Rollers are used for Blow room machines, for collecting all tramp iron like nails, nuts, bolts, etc found in cotton.
