Cast Insert Molded – The design of the Die
cast Magnet Assembly was evolved and conceptualized for fitment
and use as breaking applications in Energy meters. Aluminum
Die casting is our most common product in this category. |

for more strength and sturdiness. |

1. Magnetizing
and Attenuating: By doing this operation, the assemblies can
be used directly by the customer thus eliminating the process
of calibration at the customer’s end. |

For this
we first magnetize / saturate the assembled magnets. After
this, each magnet is demagnetized on a special De-magnetization
fixture. This operation ensures that magnetic flux density
is very precisely adjusted to a very small range required
by the customer. |
