1. Magnetizing
and Attenuating: By doing this
operation, the assemblies can be used
directly by the customer thus
eliminating the process of calibration
at the customer’s end.

For this
we first magnetize / saturate the
assembled magnets. After this, each
magnet is demagnetized on a special
De-magnetization fixture. This
operation ensures that magnetic flux
density is very precisely adjusted to
a very small range required by the
customer.
