Magnetic Tool Holder
Introduction
It is almost impossible to work
on industrial shop floor without using hand tools. In the same way it is true
to work in kitchen without using commonly used utensils in the kitchen. However,
more often we spend lot of time in searching for the right tools misplaced by
some other persons. The magnetic tool holder as shown in the images provides
solution for holding the tool, ensuring common place for the tool, visibility
of tool and saves precious time due to visibility and easy access. This also
gives better look to shopfloor or any place and reflects our disciplinary
attitude.
How do they work?
The magnetic tool holders as
shown in the images use combination of ferrite magnets and magnetic material
pole plates. The attraction power of the magnets/ field is brought on the surface
of these pole plates. These pole plates in turn serve as holding surface for
the magnetic tools. Mounting holes are provided for mounting the same.
Construction:
The magnetic tool holders consist
of ferrite magnets, pole plates and mounting bracket.
Types:
1. Magnetic tool holder.
These are
used mostly in industries for holding the relatively heavy tools such as
hammers, wrenches spanners, screw drivers. They provide for 9 kg of pull/inch.
The welded steel construction makes them robust and durable. They are perfect
for use in garage, service stations, workshops, commercial kitchens and even
inside the trucks and vans.

2. Magnetic Mini Tool Holder.
These are
also used for holding tools but with relatively smaller in size and weight.
They provide for pull of 3kgs/inch. These are smart but strong and durable.
They can be directly put on magnetic metal surfaces without using screws.

3. Magnetic

These
